A smart rate has been put into place that provides a significant discount for charging electric vehicles during off-peak hours. IN 2 YEARS - Electric vehicles are designed and produced in Michigan – the Chevy Volt. The Michigan legislature has begun work on a “Volt-Ready” legislative package that prepares for a surge of electric vehicles in the field.
